Payment & terms: we quote in USD. Payment methods and terms are confirmed together with your quotation — typically a deposit to begin production, with the balance settled before shipment.
You only pay the actual shipping weight
Export succulents are stripped of soil, washed, and air-dried for 2–4 days before packing, so the final box weight can't be known precisely at quoting time. Here's how we keep it fair:
- Estimate first. Your Proforma Invoice includes an estimated shipping fee based on our historical data for similar orders.
- Weigh on camera. Once your order is packed, we photograph the sealed box on the scale and send you the photo with the exact weight.
- Settle the difference. If actual shipping costs less than estimated, we refund the difference within 24 hours (or credit your next order — your choice). If it costs more, we send a payment link for the difference before dispatch.
Phytosanitary certificate & fees
Every shipment includes an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by China Customs (GACC). A certificate fee of $50 USD applies to orders under $800 USD; it is free for orders over $800 USD. Commercial Invoice and Packing List are always included at no charge.

Colour changes with season
Succulent colours change with season, light, and temperature. Photos on our product pages show plants at their seasonal peak (typically October–April in Kunming). Summer shipments may arrive greener — this is normal, and colour returns with cool nights and strong light. We always photograph your actual plants before dispatch.
