Our Origin Story

Eleven years at
2,000 metres above
the ordinary.

"We don't just grow plants. We grow trust — one meticulously rooted rosette at a time."

Nestled in Yunnan's natural greenhouse — where subtropical sun meets cool cloud-forest air — our Kunming base produces succulents with unmatched colour saturation, root development, and transit resilience that farms at lower altitudes simply cannot replicate.

Over 11 years, we've refined every step: from soil composition and irrigation cycles to the precise pre-shipment drying protocols and cotton-wrapping techniques that keep plants healthy for 7–21 day transit windows. Our facilities span 50,000 m² of shaded greenhouse space, producing over 200 named varieties of Aeonium, Echeveria, Sedum, and rare hybrids.

How It Works

From greenhouse to doorstep

A refined 4-step protocol honed over a decade of international export — so your plants arrive healthy, documented, and ready to impress.

You share your target variety, size specs, and quantity. We hand-select and pre-stage specimens 7–14 days before ship date.
02
Inspect & Certify
Every shipment undergoes third-party phytosanitary inspection and receives official certification from China's GACC authority.
03
Pack & Protect
Plants are individually wrapped in breathable cotton paper, nested in custom shredded packaging, and sealed in ventilated export cartons.
04
Ship & Track
Air freight or express parcel via DHL/FedEx with real-time tracking. We provide pre-clearance documents for smooth customs entry.
Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your first order

From minimum quantities and shipping timelines to phytosanitary compliance and custom variety selection — we've answered the questions we hear most from our global partners.

Ask Us Anything
For retail and e-commerce partners, our minimum is typically 50 plants per shipment, allowing flexible mixed-variety bundles. For nursery and landscape wholesale programs, we recommend starting at 500 pieces to optimise the per-unit air-freight cost. Collectors may order as few as 10 hand-selected specimens. We'll help you find the right quantity tier for your margin targets.
Yes — 100% of our export shipments are accompanied by an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by China's GACC (General Administration of Customs). We also provide a Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and country-specific import declarations. For USDA APHIS, EU phytosanitary, and Japan's MAFF requirements, we have dedicated pre-clearance workflows built in.
Transit times vary by destination: USA/Canada typically 7–10 days via express air; Europe 5–8 days; Japan 3–5 days; Australia 8–14 days. Our pre-shipment protocol includes a 3–7 day "hardening" period where plants are dried and transitioned to shipment conditions. Properly packed, succulents survive 21+ days without water. Long-standing partners report 97%+ healthy arrival rates.
Absolutely. Sourcing rare varieties is one of our core strengths. With 11 years of relationships with specialist breeders across Yunnan, Guangdong, and Fujian, we can locate and procure named Echeveria hybrids (e.g. 'Lola', 'Perle von Nürnberg', 'Subsessilis'), unusual Aeonium species, and Korean-line cultivars. Yes, with proper documentation. Bare-root (soil-free) succulents are the standard for international export and are accepted in the USA (under USDA APHIS permit for commercial importers), EU (with EU plant passport or third-country phyto cert), and Japan (MAFF inspection). We handle the Chinese export side fully. For the USA, we recommend commercial importers file a PPQ Form 587 for a permit; we guide partners through this process. Visit our Export Compliance page for a full breakdown.
Each plant is individually wrapped in biodegradable breathable cotton paper to prevent moisture buildup and abrasion. Plants are then layered in custom shredded-paper nesting inside double-walled export cartons with ventilation perforations. For premium collector orders, each specimen receives a labelled plant tag and the outer box is padded with organic cushioning material. Our packaging passes a simulated 21-day transit stress test before any new variety enters our export rotation.
